This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from OZZERA, a brand operated by OZZIF LLC, a registered U.S. business.
30-Day Returns Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
